6）其它材料（8年前制造的旧机电产品原则上均需提供产品彩色图片/照片；制造年限久的机床如在发运前已经维修整理，申请人可提供相关记录与证明）；进口二手大型成套机床、流水线需提供机床配置图、工艺流程图等资料.（这个十分重要，没有这些资料，大型机床的备案就无法通过）。

7）进口用于销售、租赁或者维修等用途且国家实施强制性产品认证制度、进口质量许可管理以及有其他规定要求的旧机电产品的，备案申请人申请备案时必须提供相应的证明文件。
